Prep Program, Scholarships Create Opportunity to Attend Knox

Attending a four-year university was not something Gala Torres thought was in her future. The recent Waukegan High School graduate considered community college, but a university seemed impossible to finance. Until, she started working one-on-one with counselors from the Waukegan to College (W2C) program and meeting with college advisors.
