John Dooley (William and Marilyn Ingersoll Professor Emeritus of Computer Science) presented a paper, “Manly and Rickert – The Team That Cracked the Waberski Cipher” at the NSA Center for Cryptologic History Biennial Symposium October 19-20 in Laurel, MD.

Nancy Eberhardt (Anthropology & Sociology) participated in a workshop on October 27 at King’s College London, via Skype, entitled Buddhism, Meditation and Ageing where she presented a paper, “The Impact of Social and Economic Change on Traditional Meditation Practices in Rural Thailand.”
