Workers begin opening the wall for a new cooler/freezer for Dining Services on the west side of Seymour Hall on Tuesday, July 3.
On Tuesday morning two workers began opening the wall for a new cooler/freezer space for Dining Services. The cooler/freezer will be 23 feet long and 13.5 feet wide. The space will be 45% cooler space and 55% freezer space.

A pile of bricks removed from the opening lie on the ground near the Seymour Hall loading dock.
The new space will boost both capacity and efficiency in Dining Services. It will also make it easier to update menu items and use scratch ingredients, which often take up more space.
